Ladies, listen up. This is one of my favorite tricks of all time. White Eyeliner. Every woman should purchase this if they haven't already. Some may be confused about this trick, let me clarify.
White eyeliner is a nice way to wake up a tired eye. It also makes the eye look bigger (it seems like the white in your eye is larger). I recommend applying on the lower-inner lash line with a pencil.
This is perfect for everyday look's, not too harsh but a nice fresh change... Try it!
You can purchase white eyeliner for as low as $2.00 at any CVS/Walgreens/Duane Reade... Also Sephora has some pretty bangin' ones as well.
